Now a part of Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe, The Talamasca: The Secret Order is the third in a trilogy of supernatural shows set to premiere on the AMC network this fall.

I have eagerly been awaiting more news from the Talamasca series after watching Interview with the Vampire and The Mayfair Witches.
Although I haven’t uploaded it yet, I have seen the Talamasca’s hand in the demise of Theatre des Vampires via playwright Samuel Beckett in IWTV Season 2, and the rebirth of Lasher into Saint Ashlar with the help of Ciprien Grieve to the witch Rowan Mayfair in TMW Season 2.
I’m hoping we find out what happened to Lasher/St. Ashlar and Emaleth’s Taltos children that escaped with Ciprien during Rowan’s fight with Julien (who was possessing Cortland’s body) in the Talamasca series.
I would also like to see some of Lestat’s time as an agent, which ideally would take place during his rockstar era when he (accidentally) awakens the Vampire Queen Akasha in The Vampire Lestat.
As it stands now, the official trailer features the known character and recently turned vampire fledgling Daniel Molloy from Interview with the Vampire. In my haste to fangirl over the other shows within the Immortal Universe, I may have neglected to mention that in Anne Rice’s novels, the Talamasca are a secret, centuries-old organization that investigates and supervises the paranormal.

The Talamasca organization investigates witches, vampires, demons, werewolves, and other creatures of the night. Premiering on October 26th, 2025 – the show seems to follow a new recent recruit named Guy Anatole who has a “rare talent” the agency would like to covet.
Interwoven throughout the trailer are creatures and humans alike seemingly telling Guy that he “cannot trust them” – the “them” in question most likely referring to the Talamasca. Judging by how Albrecht Escher turned out with his memory-erasing abilities – I believe the people trying to warn Guy about this dangerous, yet observant organization that is “always watching” from the shadows.
Either way, I am excited for more Talamasca news and trailers in the future – but tell me your thoughts: How many threads from the other stories in the Anne Rice Immortal Universe do you think will be threaded into the Talamasca series?
